	令和８年度　認定こども園らく楽寺井幼稚園園児募集要項（幼稚園部） Fiscal Year 2026 Raku Raku Terai Kindergarten, a Certified Childcare Facility Enrollment Guidelines (Kindergarten Division)
	満3歳以上　教育を希望する1号認定の子ども ●１年保育（５歳児）　若干名　令和２年４月２日～令和３年４月１日生 ●２年保育（４歳児）　若干名　令和３年４月２日～令和４年４月１日生 ●３年保育（３歳児）　若干名　令和４年４月２日～令和５年４月１日生 ●４年保育（満３歳児）１０名程度　令和５年４月２日～令和６年４月１日生 Children who are 3 years old or older and who are certified as category 1 and wish to receive education ●1-year childcare (5-year-old children) Limited space for children born between April 2, 2020 and April 1, 2021 ●2-year childcare (4-year-old children) Limited space for children born between April 2, 2021 and April 1, 2020 ●3-year childcare (3-year-old children) Limited space for children born between April 2, 2020 and April 1, 2020 ●4-year childcare (3 years old) Approximately 10 children born April 2, 2020 to April 1, 2020
	・保護者が幼稚園教育を認識し、本園の教育方針に理解協力できること。・通園については保護者が責任をもって送迎できること。（徒歩通園については園まで、通園バス利用者は当園指定乗降場所まで）・保育料等の納入は、園指定銀行の口座振替によること。・満３歳児のお子さまの入園については、３歳に達した日から入園できます。　　　・Parents must be aware of kindergarten education and must understand and cooperate with our educational policies. ・Parents must be responsible for transporting their children to and from school.(If walking, they must go to the school; if taking the bus, they must go to the designated boarding and disembarking point.) ・Payment of childcare fees, etc. must be made by direct transfer to a bank account designated by the school. ・Children can enroll from the day they reach the age of three.
	●入園説明会　（受付９：３０～）　※予約の必要ありません。１０月　１日（水）　午前１０：３０～（１時間程度）１０月１１日（土）　午前１０：００～（１時間程度）（入園説明会のみで保育の見学はありません。）車で来られる方は、誘導員の指示に従って園東側駐車場にお停めください。 ●見学会　１０月１日（水）　受付後（９：３０）～１０：３０頃１０月１６日（木）　午前１０：００～１１：００ ●願書配布　令和７年１０月１日（水）より入園願書を配布します。 ● Admission Information Meeting (Registration begins at 9:30 AM) *No reservations required. Wednesday, October 1st, 10:30 AM (approx. 1 hour) Saturday, October 11th, 10:00 AM (approx. 1 hour) (Admission Information Meeting only; no tour of the kindergarten will be held.) If you are driving, please follow the directions of the attendants and park in the parking lot on the east side of the kindergarten. ●Tours Wednesday, October 1st: After registration (9:30 AM) – 10:30 AM Thursday, October 16th: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM ●Application Distribution Application forms will be distributed starting Wednesday, October 1st, 2025.
	●入園申込受付令和７年１０月３１日（金）午前９：３０～午前１１：００まで（先着順ではありません。当日は保育日であり、在園児も登園しています。また、近隣の方のご迷惑にもなりますので時間厳守でお願いします。）願書と検定料２，０００円を納入してください。受付は保護者の方のみでかまいません。 ●面接１０月３１日（金）午後１：３０より申込み時に指定した時間にお子さまを連れてお越しください。 ● Admission Application Reception Friday, October 31, 2025, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM (Not on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a school day, so current children will be attending. Please be punctual to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.) Please submit an application form and a 2,000 yen examination fee. Parents are welcome to attend without children. ● Interview Please bring your child to the interview at the time specified on your application, starting at 1:30 PM on Friday, October 31.
	１１月６日(木)入園許可通知書を発送します。入園許可の通知を受けた方は、通知書を持って１１月１９日(水)午前１０：００～午後１：００の間に職員室まで入園受入準備金を納入してください。（当日来られない方は連絡してください。）入園手続き時に要するもの・・・入園受入準備金　２５，０００円 ※納入した諸経費は、入園を取りやめられてもお返しすることができません。転勤等、事情のある方は入園手続き前にお申し出ください。 Admission notices will be sent out on Thursday, November 6th. If you have received your admission notice, please bring it to the staff room between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19th to pay the admission deposit. Please have the child accompanied by a parent or guardian. After an explanation about enrollment, please apply for uniforms and childcare supplies. (The uniform (including school bag) costs approximately 58,000 yen, and childcare supplies cost approximately 12,000 yen.) ●保育料・・・・・令和元年１０月より無償化となっています。 ●給食費・・・・・月額／５，４００円 ●施設整備費（IB費含む）・・・月額／１２，６００円　　　※IB費・・・令和７年度中にIB認定校になった場合 ●PTA会費・・・・月額／７００円 ●おうちえん・・・・月額／３３０円 ●通園バス利用料・・・月額／往復３，５００円　片道２，０００円（送迎バス利用者のみ徴収します。） ●Childcare fees: Free as of October 2019. ●School lunch fees: ¥5,400 per month ●Facility maintenance fee (including IB fees): ¥12,600 per month IB fees: If the school becomes an IB-accredited school during the 2025 school year. ●PTA membership fees: ¥700 per month ●Ouchien (Kindergarten Stream): ¥330 per month ●Commuter bus fees: ¥3,500 per month (round trip), ¥2,000 per month (only for those using the shuttle bus).
