学校法人らく楽学園 らく楽寺井幼稚園は、国際バカロレア（IB）初等教育プログラム（PYP）の認定校（※）です。「質の高い、チャレンジに満ちた国際教育に信念をもって取り組む」という理念を共有する学校です。学校法人らく楽学園 らく楽寺井幼稚園も、このような教育に取り組むことが、生徒にとって大切であると信じています。

Raku Raku Terai Kindergarten, a member of the Raku Raku Educational Institution, is an accredited school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP). The school shares the philosophy of "committing ourselves to high-quality, challenging international education with conviction." Raku Raku Terai Kindergarten also believes that it is important for students to engage in this type of education.

園では第２言語を英語とし、年少クラス～年長クラスは各団に２名・未満児クラス２名の英語講師が保育補助として保育中にクラスで過ごしています。
また、年少クラス～年長クラスは週２回歌やゲームを通して楽しく英語を学びます。
２歳児～満３歳児（1歳児は9月～）は週１回楽しく英語を教えてくれています。
また、年中・年長児の希望者は年３回（財）日本英語検定協会主催の英検Jrを本園にて受験することができます。
English is the second language at the kindergarten, and there are two English teachers in each group for the 3, 4, and 5-year-old classes, and two teachers for the 0, 1, and 2-year-old classes. They spend the school day inside the classrooms as childcare assistants.
In addition, children in the 3, 4, and 5-year-old classes have two fun English lessons a week that incorporate songs and games.
Just-turned-3 and 2-year-olds (1-year-olds start in September) enjoy fun English classes once a week.
Children in the 4 and 5-year-old classes who wish to do so can also take the Eiken Jr. exam run by the Japan English Language Proficiency Test Foundation three times a year at our kindergarten.
